Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad, which is owned by Perbadanan Menteri Besar Selangor, is bleeding red ink. But this does not stop them from awarding their Chairman, Directors, management staff, as well as executive and non-executive staff, holiday packages amounting to millions of Ringgit. And this was done year after year while the company floundered.
